Sonya heard Jesus say, "you are beautiful and precious..."

Sonya's story is truly miraculous.  You will be moved, as my wife and I were, as you listen to her journey. It took her through abandonment, despair, addiction and prison.   The Bible says, "He has his eye on the sparrows."  He certainly has His eye on Sonya.  No matter if it is your journey or a loved one's, let her story encourage you to believe God always has his eye on you. Matthew 10:29-31

  8. 3

    Ephesians ch.4, Pt-1

How can unity in the body of Christ every be achieved? It is only possible through one source--In Christ! Chapter four, verse 16 tells us how.

  10. 1

    You need an Encounter!

We are still at it in Ephesians chapter 3. Here Marcus and I discuss the essential element--Encounters.

  11. 0

Eph. Ch,2;Pt-2 "What am I to do?"

We continue! There is a lot of meaning in those two words.

  12. -1

Eph. 2, Pt-1; Why did God create you and me?

When I (Ken) was getting acquainted with a woman whom later became my wife (she couldn't resist me), I had a keen interest in her. Now we are a family. Thirty-two years later we are still family. Yes, I still have a keen interest in her. Stick around; Jesus has a keen interest in you and wants a family too. Marcus and I continue in Ephesians.

  13. -2

Pt., 2- God's will or Your will? YES!

Have you ever wondered why Ephesians says, you are saved by "God's predestined plan?" Or, more mysterious is the statement, "...he predestined us to adoption as sons through Christ Jesus." Marcus and I offer a laymen view and have a lot of fun doing it too.

  14. -3

    Pt.1- "You where God's choice"

On sustaining purpose,Marcus and I, explore four themes from Ephesians chapter one: 1. His choice. 2. His plan. 3. His power. 4. His life. God has done it all! Christ is the faith giver and its by faith we receive His promise.

Pt.#1 Frontline warrior Adrian Gargon, tells it like it is!

My man Adrian Gargon is back! Yep, like it or not, gratitude is life changing. Giving thanks to God humbles us, brings joy and aligns our life with God's purpose. What else? oh, yeah, a thankful heart is a pathway for grace to flood our lives. If you don't believe me, will you believe a front line warrior? Part one: Adrian with a thankful heart, tells it like it is!

  18. -7

Marcus, what does thanksgiving mean to you?

This is such a powerful reminder! Practicing intentional gratitude truly has a profound impact on our well-being, especially in times of stress or uncertainty. When life throws challenges our way, it can be easy to focus on what's going wrong, but shifting our focus to the things we're thankful for can really transform our mindset. Here’s a simple gratitude practice to try this week: Daily Reflection: Take a few moments each day—perhaps in the morning or before bed—to list three things you're grateful for. Share It with Others: Let someone know what you're grateful for—whether it's a text to a friend or a conversation with family. Mindful Awareness: Whenever stress or negative thoughts arise, pause and take a deep breath. Acknowledge the challenge, but then consciously remind yourself of a few things you're thankful for. How about you? What are you thankful for in this moment?

  19. -8
