It’s Rosh Hashanah- Holy days before the Jewish New Year and the Lord is giving out instructions to prepare us for the new year/season. Exodus 13:21- The Lord went ahead of them. He guided them during the day with a pillar of cloud, and he provided light at night with a pillar of fire. This allowed them to travel by day or by night. God is guiding you, listen for His voice and obey.

2 Corinthians 10:4-6; For the weapons of our warfare are not carnal but mighty in God for pulling down strongholds, 5 casting down arguments and every high thing that exalts itself against the knowledge of God, bringing every thought into captivity to the obedience of Christ, 6 and being ready to punish all disobedience when your obedience is fulfilled. Ephesians 6:12; For we do not wrestle against flesh and blood, but against principalities, against powers, against the rulers of [c]the darkness of this age, against spiritual hosts of wickedness in the heavenly places.

Revelation 12:17- And the dragon was enraged with the woman, and he went to make war with the rest of her offspring, who keep the commandments of God and have the testimony of Jesus Christ. Daughters of Zion, you are truly satan’s worst enemy and he will do anything to destroy you. So let us arise and fight this battle God’s way.

Proverbs 14:1 A wise woman builds her home, but a foolish woman tears it down with her own hands. Women you determine what you want or do not want in your home.

You are a helper to your own Adam, not all Adams or just any random Adam but your own Adam. Women need to pray to ask God to lead and guide them to their OWN Adam.

Satan is not pleased with Christian marriages and will do anything in his power to destroy it and frustrate the parties involved. Be strong and show grace to one another.

The Simple Things was inspired by the story of Noah and his sons, specifically Shem, the great great grand-father of Abraham. A simple thing caused him to receive a blessing for himself and his generations to come. Genesis 9:25-27

We wrestle not against flesh and blood but against principalities, powers, rulers of darkness in high places. War a good warfare, choose your battles correctly.

1 Kings 18:30 Repairing the altar so that God’s fire can come upon it. Exodus 20:24- You are altar made of earth. Separate yourself for the Lord so that He can consecrate you and equip you for service in His kingdom.

The spirit of a man will sustain him in sickness, but who can bear a broken spirit? The spirit of many of God’s children is crying out for a touch from God but ignorance and attack from the enemy causes us to run further away from the One True God Jesus Christ who can heal a broken spirit.

John 6:15-21 It is time to be lifted by God. The winds and storm propelled Jesus to His disciples, so also in the midst of the darkness we as light shall shine brightest.

Noah found grace in the sight of the Lord- Genesis 6:8. The name of the Lord is a strong tower, the righteous run into it and they are safe- Proverbs 18:10.

Changing seasons can be easily likened to crossing over, switching from normal to abnormal, and usual to unusual. Crossing over requires that you learn to make some hard decisions, be battle ready and trust God like you never had before. David crossed over when he defeated Goliath, Jonathan crossed over when he fought the Philistines and Gideon proved himself when he destroyed the Altar of Baal. You can enter your new season too.

Matthew 16:24- Then said Jesus unto his disciples, if any man will come after me, let him deny himself, and take up his cross, and follow me. Fight for your salvation, Jesus gave up His salvation for us, what sacrifices are we making for Him. Ask yourself, what am I giving up for God?

John 15:5- I am the vine, ye are the branches: He that abide the in me, and I in him, the same bringeth forth much fruit: for without me ye can do nothing. To fulfill the purposes of God, it cannot be denied that His grace is required.

Proverbs 11:30- The fruit of the righteous Is a tree of life, And he who win souls is wise. Evangelism happens consciously or unconsciously either by God’s children or agents of darkness. Turn to Jesus today, He is waiting on you.

Psalms 22:3- Yet you are holy, enthroned on the praises of Israel. The Lord is honored and exalted in our praises. Shouldn’t we rather sing and dance to songs that glorify Him?

Psalm 150:6- Let everything that has breath praise the Lord. Praise the Lord. Proverbs 18:21- Death and life are in the power of the tongue: and they that love it shall eat the fruit thereof. Every song has a tone of worship to it,

Hebrews 1:3-4; who being the brightness of His glory and the express image of His person, and upholding all things by the word of His power, when He had by Himself purged our sins, sat down at the right hand of the Majesty on high, having become so much better than the angels, as He has by inheritance obtained a more excellent name than they.

1 Corinthians 1:27- But God has chosen the foolish things of the world to shame the wise. It’s alright for the world to call you foolish, do not be weighed down. The world would mock you, laugh at you, make you feel small but at the end of the day the power of our Father and Savior Jesus Christ shall speak. Isaiah 55:6-7 For my thoughts are not your thoughts, nor are your ways my ways, says the Lord. For as the heavens are higher than the earth so are my ways higher than your ways, and my thoughts than your thoughts.

1 Corinthians 9:6-8 Psalm 126:5-6. When you die sparingly you reap sparingly, God loves a cheerful. Give out of love and not grudgingly or out of necessity. Above all, when you sow in tears, you will definitely reap in joy.

Galatians 6 vs. 7-9 Do not be deceived, God is not mocked; for whatever a man sows, that he will also reap. For he who sows to his flesh will of the flesh reap corruption, but he who sows to the Spirit will of the Spirit reap everlasting life. And let us not grow weary while doing good, for in due season we shall reap if we do not lose heart. Exodus 34 vs. 6-7 And the Lord passed before him and proclaimed, “The Lord, the Lord God, merciful and gracious, longsuffering, and abounding in goodness and truth, 7 keeping mercy for thousands, forgiving iniquity and transgression and sin, by no means clearing the guilty, visiting the iniquity of the fathers upon the children and the children’s children to the third and the fourth generation.” For the sake of your generation yet unborn sow love, show kindness and give generously.

Isaiah 40:30-31 - Even the youths shall faint and be weary, and the young men shall utterly fall: But they that wait upon the Lord shall renew their strength; they shall mount up with wings as eagles; they shall run, and not be weary; and they shall walk, and not faint.

Daniel 11 vs 32- But the people who know their God shall be strong, and carry out great exploits. These are the ones who will excel in this year, the excellent ones, the saints of Jehovah. The Lord is calling you out of obscurity and leading you to His light.

If only we had a proper understanding of the power of music in our lives, we would choose wisely the songs we sing. Remember the word of God states in Proverbs 18 vs 21- “The tongue has the power of life and death.”  In other words our words are used to sing songs and satan is now using songs to scatter the destinies of God's children. At this point, I would also like to state the importance of showing some respect for the talent that God has given you and not drop it in the hands of Satanists to let you know whether indeed what you have is a gift or not. Most musicians have been led astray by the kingdom of darkness because they were led to believe that their gifts were not worth it and because they desired to use their gifts DESPERATELY, they allowed themselves to be deceived and by the time they realized what was going on they were pledging allegiance to the kingdom of darkness. Look you are more than that, God has made you precious in His side and sight, if you want to get better ask HIm for help and He will lead you to His own people who will hold your hands to take you to that place where HE Himself has prepared for you. Trust the process believe in God and keep your home, heart and life of your kids sanctified with pure music. God bless you.

Whenever you reject the chastising of the Holy Spirit, you give the devil the upper hand over your life and all of your concerns. Satan was defeated a long time ago, we only make him powerful by our decisions and I pray that by listening to this podcast you will choose to listen to the voice of God today telling you to repent and allow your life to be transformed by the power of His Word. You are a child of God and He loves you, this was why He sent His Son to the cross to die. Romans 12 vs 2- And do not be conformed to this world, but be transformed by the renewing of your mind, that you may prove what is that good and acceptable and perfect will of God. When you allow God's correction work on you today, you are sure that your life will be renewed in Christ, the blessings of God can easily locate you. Hebrews 12 vs 6- For the Lord disciplines those He loves and chastises every son whom He receives. 2 Thessalonians 3 6-15 And now, dear brothers and sisters, we give you this command in the name of our Lord Jesus Christ: Stay away from all believers who live idle lives and don’t follow the tradition they received from us. For you know that you ought to imitate us. We were not idle when we were with you. We never accepted food from anyone without paying for it. We worked hard day and night so we would not be a burden to any of you. We certainly had the right to ask you to feed us, but we wanted to give you an example to follow. Even while we were with you, we gave you this command: “Those unwilling to work will not get to eat.”Yet we hear that some of you are living idle lives, refusing to work and meddling in other people’s business. 12We command such people and urge them in the name of the Lord Jesus Christ to settle down and work to earn their own living. As for the rest of you, dear brothers and sisters, never get tired of doing good. Take note of those who refuse to obey what we say in this letter. Stay away from them so they will be ashamed. Don’t think of them as enemies, but warn them as you would a brother or sister. God knows that money is on our mind a lot. So much so that Jesus spoke and taught about money more than he did any other topic! God knows that greed will destroy us. If we become focused on accumulating more wealth, we become focused and driven by greed and are never content. Often, greed opens the door to other sins and we find ourselves falling farther from God and what He has for our lives. We must be careful to protect our hearts and minds against greed and to practice contentment. Not only to live being satisfied and thankful for what God has given us but also in being generous in giving!- Bible Study Tools
