    The Rooms We Closed

Sometimes what we call healing is really survival. In this episode, we explore the emotional rooms many of us closed just trying to make it through life. The pain we never processed. The emotions we buried. The parts of ourselves we disconnected from in order to survive. We talk about emotional shutdown, isolation, staying busy to avoid feeling, and how many of us became versions of ourselves built around protection instead of authenticity. This episode also explores how unresolved pain affects not only our emotions, but our relationships, our identity, our bodies, and even our relationship with God.Because many of us didn’t heal…we learned how to hide. And over time, hiding started to feel normal. This is a conversation about survival, emotional disconnection, and what it means to finally begin reopening the rooms we closed inside of ourselves.Let’s Align.

    Breaking the Agreement

In this episode, we go deeper. Not just into what happened to you…but into what you started believing because of it.Many of us can point to moments in our lives where something was said or something happened that left an impact. But what often goes unnoticed is what came next. The internal decision. The belief that formed in response. The agreement that was made over time. This episode unpacks how those agreements develop and how they begin to shape the way you think, respond, and move through life.We also explore how those beliefs don’t just stay in your mind. They show up in your body. In your emotions. In your patterns. In ways that feel familiar, even when they’re not true. This is where things shift.Because awareness is not the same as freedom. In this episode, we begin the process of breaking agreement with what is not true and creating space for something different. You’ll be guided through a moment of reflection and a prayer designed to help you release what you’ve been carrying and come into agreement with truth. This is not surface-level.This is where deliverance begins.Let’s Align.

Realignment Begins — Take Your Power Back

Episode 4 moves from awareness into action. This is where realignment begins. In this episode, we confront what many people have been carrying for years. Not just decisions or direction, but words that were spoken and experiences that left an impact.Words like:“You’re nothing.”“You’re a failure.”“You’re not enough.”And for many, those words didn’t just hurt in the moment. They stayed. They replayed. They slowly shaped identity, confidence, and how you show up in life. This episode also addresses what was done to you.The disappointment. The betrayal. The moments where someone didn’t show up.The experiences that left scars, even if you kept moving forward. But this is not about staying there. This is about telling the truth:You are not what was said to you.You are not what happened to you.At the same time, this episode makes it clear that healing does not come from ignoring it. It comes from acknowledging it, owning it, and beginning the process of taking your power back.We then move into what that actually looks like in real life.Doing the work. That includes:Therapy.Journaling.Being intentional about what you allow into your mind.Surrounding yourself with the right people instead of isolating. It also brings God into the center of the process. Not as a distant idea, but as present, active, and guiding.God as Father.God as Friend.God as peace, healer, and provider.Learning how to hear His voice above everything else that has been carried, and allowing Him to guide the process step by step. This episode was recorded on Good Friday, which represents pain, sacrifice, and something heavy being carried. But it also represents the beginning of restoration. And that is where this episode sits.In the tension between what was…and what is being restored. This is not a quick fix. This is the beginning of the work.Let’s Align.

    How Misalignment Happens

Episode 3 goes deeper into what alignment actually is and why so many people feel a disconnect in their lives without fully understanding why. This episode breaks down how misalignment doesn’t happen overnight. It develops over time through what we are exposed to, what we experience, and what we begin to adopt without questioning. We take on beliefs, roles, expectations, and ways of thinking that may not have ever truly reflected who we are.At some point, many people begin to feel it.Something feels off.Not necessarily wrong on the surface, but not fully right either. Some ignore it.Some push through it.Some try to fix it externally. But what if that feeling isn’t confusion? What if it’s awareness? In this episode, we unpack how that internal tension is often the first signal that something is out of alignment. Instead of dismissing it, we begin to understand it and recognize what it may be pointing to.This is where the shift begins. Not by changing everything at once, but by becoming aware of what no longer aligns and starting to question what has been carried, adopted, and accepted over time. This episode sets the foundation for the deeper work ahead.Let’s Align

    Success with Alignment

What happens when life is working… but something still feels off?In this episode, I explore a tension many people experience but struggle to explain. The feeling of moving forward, achieving, building, and still sensing a disconnect internally. This is not just about success. It’s about alignment.Because that tension doesn’t only show up when things are falling apart. Sometimes it shows up when everything looks right on the outside.I walk through the difference between success and alignment, and how many of us build lives around the tangible parts of who we are, while unintentionally neglecting the intangible. Our values, beliefs, identity, and internal sense of self.We also unpack what that tension actually means. Not as something to ignore. Not as something to fix immediately. But as something to understand.Because what you’re feeling may not be confusion. It may be awareness.Even conviction. And it may be pointing you back toward alignment. If you’ve ever felt like you’re doing everything you’re supposed to do, but still questioning whether it truly reflects who you are, this conversation is for you.Let’s Align!
