The Christ Centered Woman's Podcast

Have you ever wished you could spend more time studying God's word? In this weekly podcast for women, we will spend time together studying the Bible and looking at a variety of topics to grow our faith and relationship with God.

  1. 86

Anchored and Alive- The "Manna" Mentality

In this episode, we will draw comparison between anxiety and manna. Scripture teaches that the Israelites were commanded to get only the manna they needed for that day, no more, no less. Out of fear, some gathered more and it rotted. Sometimes we let our "what ifs" control our mind rather than trust in God, much like taking too much manna, it can cause our mental health to "rot" or suffer. Join us as we examine this and learn some skills to help. ***This for informational purposes only and not a substitute for mental health treatment. If you are in crisis or need mental health services, you are encouraged to seek those out. ***
