    10. The one where they accept their lactose intolerance

So you’re an adult now. The real question is, would your younger self bully the person you are today? If your answer is yes, well by golly you’ve done it. We dreamed of being adults since we were kids and now it’s the thing we’re desperately running from. Though the transition away from adolescence can seem daunting, there is a lot to gain from questioning what we know about the world. We get the chance to become the people our younger selves would be proud of. Just remember, not a single adult knows what they’re doing. Everyone is just winging it! Look on the bright side, you can have ice cream for dinner, you can go to bed whenever you want, and you can even feel the crushing weight of existential dread.

    9. Unlearning Stress: the Secret to Collegiate Success

A good cry or a hearty scream can work wonders to alleviate stress in the moment, but are those long term solutions? Maybe. In this episode, we identify sources of stress and reflect on why we tend to hold on to it. The fear of failure and the fear of success create a lethal spiral that is often normalized on college campuses – but how can you find the courage to break this cycle? As always, a huge shoutout to Google Calendar for making stress a little more aesthetically pleasing.

    8. Farm to Table, Egg to Floor

The endless supply of cereal and ice cream both in the dining halls and at home is one of the best things in life, but what happens when we have to cook for ourselves? We’re continuing to explore the world of cooking and just figure it all out. We dove into meal prep, kitchen confidence, emotional food, and even how to cook an egg. Tune in to hear about the trials and tribulations of our cooking journeys. Who knew sustaining yourself was so complicated?

    7. Time is an Illusion

Time is often associated with the rhythmic tick of a clock or the buzz of a timer, but how do we  relate to time on a daily basis? In this episode, we explore the connection between time and happiness, the restraints of money and time, and the pressure of using time efficiently. The fear of running out of time is not unfamiliar to most, but what effects does that have on our happiness or even our perception with time itself? Like a clock facing a mirror, it’s time to reflect.

    6. Lingo, Jargon, & Patois: The Cramming Effect Appendix

Ok listen. “Vibing” is single-handedly the best response to the million dollar question: “How are you?” The word encompasses a wide range of emotions, but what does it truly mean? What does any of the slang we say truly mean? In producing the past 5 episodes, we realized that we use a lot of unique language. This week, we break it all down for y’all and pitch why these phrases will benefit your life. So, loyal listeners of the pod, who wants to be up to date on all the latest lingo, jargon, and patois?

    5. Getting Creative with Empathy

It’s a task easier said than done. Empathy allows us to learn from the experiences of other people and gain perspectives in a way that benefits both ourselves and society. In this episode, we look at the lessons we have learned, the ideologies of empathy, and the ways we try to practice it in our daily lives. We also discover that empathy might be more complicated than we realized. And remember to visit rujudani.com, you won’t regret it. Sofia wrote that last sentence. No I didn’t.
