Finding Your Voice Through the Magic of Art

Today on the show, I got to chat with Devon Walz. She is a fine artist, muralist, educator and dreamer based in Southern California.  Her self-study of visual art began while pursing a degree in Philosophy at UC Berkeley, and continued during her travels through 13 countries and long stretches of time spent among California's coasts, mountains and forests. We dig in to her inspirations as an artist, her latest collection, as well as some nitty-gritty practical details about what it means to be a working artist in the world right now.  You can find Devon's work on her website: https://www.devonwalz.com Follow her on Instagram at: https://www.instagram.com/devonwalzart/ And you can listen to her podcast, Art & Magic, right here: https://www.devonwalz.com/podcast
