The Ditch Chronicles

I went to the ditch in my yard in March of 2020. I talked about the newest Covid updates, health and fitness and the Lord.It continued haphazardly for about a year. There is a drainage ditch in my yard. Just like people, it's dirty and nasty but it has a purpose. Everyone won't come to church so we need to meet them where they are! However, as always, remember there is safety just beyond the ditch!

When the post office delivers a package you don't have to accept it. You can return to sender if you don't open it and put it right back in the mail.You do not have to receive what the devil is sending you. You do not have to accept anything that will not progress your journey in Christ. RETURN TO SENDER!

The Rear View Mirror
The rear view mirror is smaller because we spend most of our time going forward. Sometimes we need to look back. Sometimes we need to acknowledge the goodness of the Lord from a previous time to help us to remember that he will deliver us from what we are facing now.

Supplemental Nutrition
The human body needs vitamins after a certain age. We need supplemental nutrition spiritually as well. One house doesn't have everything we need to be whole. We need to be able to eat at trusted tables. Once we get what is missing then we can return to our local fellowship and serve full capacity.
