During a family estrangement from your adult child you might go looking for guidance… but not all guidance is safe. Deliverance from estrangement can happen all at once and stay steadily moving forward in an upward direction. But often, it’s not linear. It’s messy, and sometimes that messiness can cause you to wonder if you’ve done something wrong or messed everything up. Even if you’re not yet reconciled with your estranged son or daughter, it’s important to know what to expect as the process unfolds - so that the enemy has less ability to confuse you or cause you anxiety around it.
