Last week, on the 14th, I threw in the towel....I achieved burnout. Since moving and diving back into the business full-time, I have not stopped. Each day I wondered if I was making progress. There was doubt, confusion, overthinking, and more. I couldn't see the progress I was making, I was too involved in my projects to actually see my accomplishments and celebrate my small wins.I finally got this opportunity, but the hard way. I stopped the clock at 5pm, 11 hours done that day. I took a moment to step back, breathe, schedule a week of personal time...and to look back at my planner and notes...and I was shocked to see where I came from and how much I have done. It was humbling.

Since my last podcast episode "Yeary Reflections", I have learned quite a bit since making that episode. There is one mistake I made when I was a rookie in this field...you can't close deals without a system...you can't create a system on your own.You need people and systems way before the transactions. Provide value, help someone out, be honest, and be you.
