Michael Pankhurst (Pank) is trying to get in shape. To do that, he's asked his fitness enthusiast friend Adam Ballard for help. Over the next several months Adam will help Pank by providing workouts, nutrition guidelines, and other helpful tips for maintaining a healthier lifestyle. The main goal of the podcast is to keep Pank accountable and inspire other to begin their own fitness journey.

    After last week's wall, Pank has persevered and dropped another .9 kg (2 lbs)! Bringing his total so far to 4 kg (9 lbs). And he's just getting started! We talk about some of the new exercises he's trying, staying motivated, and overall feeling better.
