So how does one take a real rest in a culture that never sleeps, when screens are never far away, and when you live with other people - big and small, that require ongoing care? In this podcast, David Sauder reflects on the invitation to practice Sabbath.

The story of the transfiguration isn't easy to understand. The event itself is highly unusual, but what did it mean for Peter, James, and John, and what might it mean for us today? Gil Klassen explores those questions as he dives into Mark 9:1-10 and Matthew 17:1-9.

We all want to live a blessed life. But what is the pathway to that blessing? In this segment we consider part of the saga of Jacob - a man chosen by God, but a man intent on living a blessed life by his own means. What do you do when the gap between what you believe about God and His promises and what you are experiencing gets large?
