Barry shares from when God called Ezekiel to speak for Him. God said to Ezekiel, "Eat what I am giving you." and God handed him a scroll. And God said, "Eat this scroll and then go speak to Israel". God also said, "Feed your stomach and fill your body with this scroll . . . and then go speak my words". Ezekiel 2:8; 3:3. We also should not speak for God without knowing what He has said and is saying in this time.
