When you feel heavy, overwhelmed, or energetically tangled with others, this space invites you to pause, soften, and come back to your own frequency. Through breath, awareness, and gentle visualisation, you’ll move out of the thinking mind and into the body — creating space to release what no longer belongs to you.   This is a space to: – Clear out heavy or stagnant energy – Reconnect to your own energetic field – Create a sense of calm, clarity, and separation You’ll be guided to sense your energy, soften your body, and gently let go — exhaling anything that feels dense, draining, or misaligned, and returning it to the earth to be recycled.
