Episode 3 - It Is The Small Things & Carrying Rocks
I'm sure you have heard the saying "it's the small things in life". This cute quote often refers to positive things that make us happy. Well, it can also be the the small things that upset us, in this podcast I talk about how to not let the small things stay bottled up, give yourself validation for how you are feeling, and then move towards more positive things. In the 2nd half I talk about being a "fixer" and how you can't fix other people emotional issues and mental illnesses. However, fixers do not like to feel helpless, so I do touch on how to feel useful and make a positive impact without being overbearing. I hope you enjoy my podcast!
