By recognizing these signs early on, individuals can protect themselves from unhealthy dynamics. We also touched on the concept of vulnerability. Many men struggle to express their feelings openly, often due to societal pressures. Luka highlights the importance of creating a safe space for honest communication, where both partners can share their thoughts and emotions without fear of judgment. Finally, the episode delves into the notion of self-love.
