Why Your Love Life and Money Issues Are the Same Wound
Love and money are not separate. In this episode, I unpack why issues with money and love are not different struggles. They are the same core receiving wound showing up in two different forms. You'll learn how both love and financial expansion ask your body to feel safe in the exact same things: openness, visibility, support, consistency, and the ability to receive without bracing for loss, shame, pressure, or disappointment. The Hidden Cost of Being "Low Maintenance"

The Real Reason You Don't Receive What You Want

Why You’ve Been in Therapy for Years but Haven’t Healed
Self-awareness isn't the same thing as healing. In this episode, I break down why so many people spend years in talk therapy, gain insight and self-awareness, yet still feel emotionally stuck, braced, and continue to live the same problems. I explain what talk therapy is actually designed to do and what its limitations are, especially when it comes to trauma, the nervous system, and subconscious patterning.This is not an anti-therapy conversation. It's an honest examination of why cognitive understanding alone does not create holistic freedom and resolution, why insight is not the same thing as healing, and why many people end up managing their pain instead of truly freeing themselves from it. Why I Stopped Manifesting and My 4-Month Quantum Shift After
Living as your Highest Self isn't about transcending your human self. It's about honoring that they are the same divinity. Common spiritual teachings have promoted narratives of ascension, evolution, and effort. We've been told that we must purify ourselves, clear karmic debt, raise our vibration, and pass spiritual tests to become worthy of connection with our highest selves. Those teachings, while well-intentioned, have created a paradigm where our divine nature feels perpetually out of reach—something to strive for rather than something we already are.In this episode, I share how releasing the teachings of karma, reincarnation, manifestation, and ascension dismantled the conditioned illusion of separation and powerlessness, leading to four months of what most would call "supernatural" abilities and experiences that have become my everyday reality.
