Before Sarah founded Taylor & Richman, she spent eight years at the BMW Group. During her time in Munich, she established a partner network for connectivity and digitalisation, including innovative technologies, for the BMW brand Motorrad, and held the position as project leader for innovation and transformation processes. Sarah has a Master of Science in Business Psychology and has been a doctoral candidate at the Queensland University of Technology to examine intelligent personal assistants for motorbikes since 2022.
