In Peter’s second letter, he is locked in on warning the church about remaining faithful in a culture full of deceit, wickedness, and lies. He also warns of false teachers and preachers who take bits and pieces of the Word of God, twist it, and turn it for their gain. Toward the end of his letter, he warns us that one day, Christ is returning, and as that day draws near, the level of false teaching and preaching will increase. All of us are on a journey. God has given us life; for that, we are so thankful and blessed! But on this journey, you'll need to pack and take some stuff. If you're headed for on-campus college life, you will pack your entire world into a few boxes and bags and take it with you.
