JOHN 14:15-17 Jesus Promises the Holy Spirit “If you love me, keep my commands.And I will ask the Father, and he will give you another advocate to help you and be with you forever—the Spirit of truth. The world cannot accept him, because it neither sees him nor knows him. But you know him, for he lives with you and will be in you.

Jesus Reveals his scars to his disciples. ‭John‬ ‭20:18‭-‬23‬ ‭NIV‬ [18] Mary Magdalene went to the disciples with the news: “I have seen the Lord!” And she told them that he had said these things to her. [19] On the evening of that first day of the week, when the disciples were together, with the doors locked for fear of the Jewish leaders, Jesus came and stood among them and said, “Peace be with you!” [20] After he said this, he showed them his hands and side. The disciples were overjoyed when they saw the Lord. [21] Again Jesus said, “Peace be with you! As the Father has sent me, I am sending you.” [22] And with that he breathed on them and said, “Receive the Holy Spirit. [23] If you forgive anyone’s sins, their sins are forgiven; if you do not forgive them, they are not forgiven.”

In this episode , I discuss the importance of forgiveness and breaking the generational saying " I can forgive but I won't forget". Well go over why we must turn the other cheek and forgive and forget.
