Stop Overthinking it: Phil 4: 6
Ayyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyyy I am back!!! Whooshhhhhhhhhh, The past few weeks have been nothing short of amazingggggg!!! Went to RCCG Convention, went on a week-long retreat with my core, and took one of my own!!! September has been so so gooooood!!!! All I want to say is Thank You Jesus. If there is one thing I learned from the September HGN, whose theme, by the way, was Multiple Wonerd. One thing Daddy GO said that stayed with me is that the secret of multiple wonders is Thanksgiving! Every night before I sleep, I am just there in awe of our father and giving thanks for it all. Thank you, Jesus! Thank you, Daddy!!! Although I haven’t been here much for September, one thing I am grateful for is that September has been good to me! So gooooooodddd!!! I am Travelling out of Nigeria for the very first time!!! Wooooooowww, I am so happy because I have always wanted to make plans with a travel agent for my birthday to Jordan, but let’s just say: It never happened, that's a gist for another day. I also had the chance to go to Singapore, well, let’s say that another gist for another day too. It felt like I tried really hard to travel, but it just felt really diff, and then I left it. Well, a friend of mine, who happens to be my colleague, reminded me of my goal and how I wanted to be a digital nomad in 2023. A goal I almost forgot. As with human beings, I started giving excuses, which in my case were valid, but one thing he said that reminded me of what I needed to do was: You are overthinking this, and you can do this yourself. You do not need anyone or agency to guide you for a simple trip like this, and it felt like the scale fell off. I got on Twitter and saw a tweet talking about how she started traveling and how it changed her life forever, and that was the sign! Next thing I knew, I googled the criteria to go into Ghana, booked my trip on the spot, and also an Airbnb, which on its own has a podcast of its own because it came as a plan B! I know you are probably wondering Why all of this. Why am I sharing all of this? Well, I am because even though I had my eyes and goal set out to travel out this year, the presence of challenges and fear hindered me, and I almost let that dream go by in 2023. At that moment, I can’t help but think about every dream or goal I have ever had and not seen through because of these same reasons! But look at me. It took my friend speaking with me that day and a tweet online. What does the bible say about a good friend? Hahhaaha Phew!!! This is the end of the podcast today. I don’t know why, but it felt like we had spoken for over 1 hour. Maybe it is because I just got back on. Right? As I wrap up this podcast today, if there is one thing I know, it is that our God is intentional, and I know this word could be for one person. So, I don’t know who you are and who this word is for right now, but I want you to know that there are no coincidences with God. I don't know what you have prayed for, asked God for, written down, or have a goal to achieve in 2023, and yet it feels like it is not coming forth. Today, I want to ask that you have eyes that see, ears that hear, and are surrounded by friends and godly counsel who will remind you of who you are, should you have forgotten! Thank you again for listening to my podcast today. If you would love to share an update about today’s lesson or contribute in one way or the other, please send in your voice messages. I’d love to hear from you. Again, Have a beautiful day; see you soon! Byeeeeeeeeeeeeeee

Joy Unspeakable: Psalm 16:11
Whooshhhhhhhhhh!!!!!! I am sure you are probably wondering; wassup with you? It feels like you have gotten even more excited lately. Well, in my defense, what is there not to be happy and excited about? Even the bible says in Psalm 16:11B ESV translation says; in your presence, there is fullness of joy; at your right hand are pleasures forevermore." Ho ho ho. Did I say Psalm 16:11B, Adulthood? Is that you lurking? I feel grown up, and this is because growing up in a Christian household. I didn't fully understand why there was always a "b" part of the scripture. I would never have thought I'd be the one using it. How do you determine what part is "a or b" within a scripture? I'd find out from you. Click the link titled "Send in a voice message." A few years ago, as I mentioned, I started a tradition of taking days off atleast every quarter to have personal mini-retreats at the Redemption camp and making it a bigger tradition to even take more days off in September to take a major one. 2021 has been my highest so far. I took 21 days off socials, mobile and went to the camp for a retreat for 21 days. Even I shocked myself. But if there is one thing I can tell you, They changed my life forever! This year, I decided that I was going to throw it open and invite my core. Yes! My core; they aren't just my friends. They are much more than that. Do you know how the Tabernacle had The Outer Court that symbolizes the body, the Holy Place representing the soul, and the Holy of Holies symbolizes the spirit? Well, it is the same here; my core are the ones I go to war with spiritually, pray together in spirit and in truth. Since we started meeting daily to pray this year, I decided we go on this retreat together. Well, how does this tie back to this scripture and the reason for more of this excitement lately? We have been meeting 3x daily, 12 noon, 6 pm, and midnight, to prepare for the retreat by saying a prayer and making daily confessions, and oh boy! I have seen my joy level increase. As we finished the 6 pm confessions today, the next thing I knew was I could feel my heart leaping for joy that I had to start screaming, dancing, and jumping. It was as if God was saying so many things to me and was pleased with me all at once that I could feel so much joy in my heart. I didn't even know when I started dancing in front of the mirror. After a few minutes, I remembered that scripture: Psalm 16: 11; You will show me the path of life; in Your presence is fullness of joy; at Your right hand there are pleasures forevermore. In that instance, all I could remember was how much Joy we have in God! The HS was reminding me, and it felt good to hear him say; In my presence, there is fullness of joy; just come in, soak it all in, and immerse yourself! Why am I sharing this? You might ask: As we know, we are in such a critical time in our lives where there is so much pain, sadness, depression, and hurt, that we often forget what has been promised to us as believers in the scripture. The HS is asking us to come home. Immerse yourself in my presence, be present. Take time off your schedule daily to fill your spiritual love tank. Bask yourself in the word and remind yourself who God is. We are spirit beings, and for us to function fully at our maximum capacity, we need always to fill our spiritual tanks. Phew!!!! And for me, today was one of those days. I just went on and on, danced, jumped, laughed, and went all 9 yards. I didn't fight it. I just enjoyed it. It is a privilege to be a child of God. I am privileged to have this kind of access. It makes me really happy! Thank you, Jesus! At last, we have come to the end of the podcast today. If you would love to share an update about today's lesson or contribute in one way or the other, please send in your voice messages. I'd love to hear from you. Thank you again for listening to my podcast. Have a beautiful day; see you tomorrow. Byeeee

Dwelling In The Secret Place Of The Father: Psalm 91
He that dwelleth in the secret place of the most High shall abide under the shadow of the Almighty. As mentioned earlier, all my life, I have always read this scripture as only providing shelter, safety, and guidance. Till I got to a place a few months ago when I needed the hand of God on a situation, and then the HS asked that I read that scripture and meditate on it as much as I could. At that time, I just obeyed because it was the right thing to do, but I never truly understood, well, till I started meditating on it, and it felt like I was being taught a valuable lesson. I heard the HS deliberately ask me repeatedly what the word said: I kept responding to it all the time. Then he asked, what does dwelling in the shadow of the Almighty and abiding in the shelter of the Highest mean? I said, being kept by you. He said okay, when you are kept by me under my shadow, what do you find in it, or what happens in there, I said trust, and I am shown the overwhelming love of God, the power of God. And then he went on to ask when you are under the shadow of a king or ruler, would you ever lack anything? I said absolutely not because everything the king has belongs to you; you are given everything you need to do God’s will and glorify his name. At that moment! I understood! I had been declaring this scripture only in line with protection when in fact, it means so much more. Like in the shadow, there is no lack; there is no sickness; there is no want; there is joy, abundance, goodness, and so many other great things. As I was still taking that in, I was reminded of the scripture in Acts. The story of Peter's Shadow? It felt like the HS was saying Peter was Jesus’s disciple, and when the people brought the sick and laid them in the street, the shadow of Peter would fall upon them, and they would be healed. It felt like he was asking; How much more than him? And oh! It was such a good one for me because not only did it reveal the importance of this scripture, but it also reminded me that the word of God is life always and that whatever encounter you java with a particular scripture, the encounters and meanings could bring a promise to you and your situation in that season! So today, I am asking that before you personalize people's revelation and take them in, seek God diligently, asking him to open your eyes, ears, and mind to reveal his promise in his word to you for the season! And watch him move! We have come to the end of the podcast today. If you would love to share an update about today’s lesson or contribute in one way or the other, please send in your voice messages. I’d love to hear from you. Thank you again for listening to my podcast. Have a beautiful day; see you tomorrow.

You Are No Longer Part Of The World- John 15: 18
“This is what I command you: that you love one another. If the world hates you, know that it hated Me before it hated you. If you belonged to the world, the world would treat you with affection and would love you as its own. But because you are not of the world [no longer one with it], but I have chosen (selected) you out of the world, the world hates (detests) you.” John 15:17-19 AMPC

Your Gift Will Make Room For You 2: Proverbs 18:16
It is the 71st annual convention of the RCCG. I have been attending RCCG since I was a little girl with my family and to see how far it has come. I can’t help but give God all the praise. The Redeemed Christian Church of God Annual Convention is one of the largest Christian gatherings in the world, attracting millions of participants every year. It is a time of spiritual renewal, fellowship, and a deepening of faith. Believers from all walks of life come together to worship, learn, and be inspired by anointed speakers and ministers. The convention is filled with powerful praise and worship sessions, thought-provoking teachings, and opportunities for personal growth and development. It is an event that truly embodies the spirit of unity and love that the Redeemed Christian Church of God family represents. The theme for the 2023 Annual Convention is "Beyond Expectation!" This theme is a call for believers to raise their level of faith, dream bigger, and expect the extraordinary from God. It is a reminder that our God is a God of abundance, and He desires to bless His children beyond what they can imagine. The convention will explore how we can tap into this abundance through prayer, praise, and a deeper understanding of God's Word. It will challenge attendees to stretch their faith and believe in miracles, breakthroughs, and blessings that go beyond their wildest dreams. Guess what? It starts today: Monday, 7- Sunday, 13th August 2023. This week-long event will provide ample time for attendees to immerse themselves in the presence of God, receive life-transforming teachings, and connect with fellow believers from around the globe. So, this is me officially inviting you; whether you are a first-time attendee or a seasoned convention-goer, this event promises to be a time of spiritual refreshment and renewal that you do not want to miss. So if you are listening to this podcast right now and you can attend, it is happening at Redemption City, Mowe, Ogun State, Nigeria. I am also using this opportunity to say I’d be away too, and this means I’d be back in a few days' time. I didn’t want to go away without telling you why. Link to join:https://youtube.com/@rccglive

Your Gift Will Make Room For You- Proverbs 18:16
I was invited to speak at an event that had about 200 people present. The topic was Networking and Building Professional Relationships in Tech. As I was speaking at this event, this scripture from Proverbs 18:16 "A man's gift makes room for him" (NKJV). Why am I speaking on this, and how does it relate to what I was talking about? Well, on making my point about HOW TO Nurture & Maintain Professional Relationships In Tech, I shared Showing appreciation for the network of people you have around you, and I shared an important point on gifting people when it truly matters. As I was speaking, I remembered being at Wafbec 2023, and Pastor Yemi Davids spoke about the true meaning of that scripture. "A man's gift maketh room for him, and brings him before great men" (Prov. 18:16). NKJV In his lessons, he spoke about how we can make room for ourselves, and because of his lessons, I started studying more about it. Today, I will share some of my findings. When we look at this scripture, we often hear people define it to mean something that it doesn't really mean. I have heard people describe this verse in regard to talent. Which in itself isn’t bad, but is that what it truly means? You hear things like if you're talented or have some gift or anointing, then eventually, your place will be made for you, and people of great means will get to hear you or partake of your gift. But that isn't what this verse is talking about at all! In fact, when you look this scripture up in the original Hebrew, you'll find out several things. First of all, you'll discover that the writer is referring to financial things. In fact, when you look it up, you will find that in the Middle East - and the Bible is an Eastern book - it was customary for a man to bring a gift to an individual in order to be heard by that individual. You had to present a gift before anyone would even discuss business with you. Of course, we might not have that tradition here, but the Bible says that a man's gift makes room for him, and we, no matter where we are, have to understand what that means because it's a Bible truth. The Hebrew word translated "gift" in Prov. 18:16 means a present. And the word "room" means to broaden. So, in other words, we could read that verse like this: "A man's present will broaden, cause expansion, or create opportunity for him. And, on top of all that, a man's present will bring him before great men." When we look at NLT or the New International Version, it translates Prov. 18:16. It makes it easier to understand: A gift opens the way for the giver and ushers him into the presence of the great. (Prov. 18:16. NIV). or MSG that says A gift gets attention; it buys the attention of eminent people. Isn't it interesting to see! So why am I speaking on this? If you remember, I shared a point about HOW TO Nurture & Maintain Professional Relationships In Tech, and I highlighted that you could show appreciation for the network of people you have around you by gifting people when it truly matters. I want us to be intentional and understand that a gift is of value and that a gift makes room for you. In other words, a gift will open doors of opportunity for you because it makes you top of mind and you are memorable. Thank you for listening in.

The Journey So Far - Deuteronomy 8:10-17-18
Deuteronomy 8:10-17-18 The Message (MSG) After a meal, satisfied, bless GOD, your God, for the good land he has given you. Make sure you don’t forget GOD, your God, by not keeping his commandments, his rules, and the regulations that I command you today. Make sure that when you eat and are satisfied, build pleasant houses and settle in, see your herds and flocks flourish and more and more money come in, watch your standard of living going up and up—make sure you don’t become so full of yourself and your things that you forget GOD, your God, the God who delivered you from Egyptian slavery; the God who led you through that huge and fearsome wilderness, those desolate, arid badlands crawling with fiery snakes and scorpions; the God who gave you water gushing from the hard rock; the God who gave you manna to eat in the wilderness, something your ancestors had never heard of, in order to give you a taste of the hard life, to test you so that you would be prepared to live well in the days ahead of you. If you start thinking to yourselves, “I did all this. And all by myself. I’m rich. It’s all mine!”—well, think again. Remember that GOD, your God, gave you the strength to produce all this wealth so as to confirm the covenant that he promised to your ancestors—as it is today. I know this might not directly correlate with what this person shared, but the similarity here is simple: Be vigilant about “How far you have come.” Your journey so far. Whether the journey is in how you couldn’t lift a certain weight prior to this or the journey is in the season of abundance with all that God is doing and set to do through you, be vigilant about how far you have come and be grateful for it always. As you already know, It is the 8th year in the year 2023, and just like one of my followers mentioned, It's always amazing how we're all living and growing, trying to be the best we can be and moving forward every day. It's a beautiful thing to be mindful of the present, but don't forget to honor yourself, your past, and how far you've come. It doesn’t matter if it is positive or negative; take pride in how far you've come. Have faith in how far you can go; give God thanks always, for he is always on your side”.

Delay Is Not Denial - 2 Cor 1:20
DIANNA HOBBS once said; “God wants you to stop worrying about how long the breakthrough is taking to manifest and focus on the fact that His promises don’t expire. Whatever He said shall come to pass, no matter how long it takes. The delay does NOT mean denial!” Although it might look like there is a halt to your life right now and there is a delay, one thing we are particular about is that; Delay is not denial, and God is always right on time. I hope this stays with you and guides you home. Thank you again for listening to my podcast. Have a beautiful day; Byeeeeeeee.

Show Yourself To The World- John 7:3-4
The Show Yourself To The World- John 7:3-4 NLT: and Jesus' brothers said to him, “Leave here and go to Judea, where your followers can see your miracles! 4 You can't become famous if you hide like this! If you can do such wonderful things, show yourself to the world!” The MSG translation reads: His brothers said, “Why don’t you leave here and go up to the Feast so your disciples can get a good look at the works you do? No one who intends to be publicly known does everything behind the scenes. If you’re serious about what you are doing, come out in the open and show the world.”

The Victory In This Life- 1 John 5:1-5
I know the waiting season can sometimes be very quiet. It can be very lonely. It can be very isolating. On my commute, I could hear myself asking these questions: “Is God really going to work this out? P.s you know how the human mind thinks? I even tried to calculate the cost of what I was waiting on God. Guess what? I’d have to save atleast about 30 months to afford it, lol Well, thank God for the Holy Spirit; it was at that moment I got the nudge to go in to listen to one of the classics from Kenneth Copeland. A few minutes in, I immediately knew I had to share it with you too. I know it is my usual fashion to speak on the topic, but I’d rather not. What I’d do Instead, I’d drop a direct here so you can listen in directly from the source. It is a 4 part series from Keneth Copeland. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1tecgFubRkk&t=206s I don’t know what you are waiting on God on who you are, but if there is one thing I know, it is there are no coincidences with God. I hope that by either being a consistent follower of this podcast or you stumbled here today with a nudge. I hope that this series answers all the questions you have about living a victorious Christian life. Have a beautiful day; see you tomorrow

In The Footsteps Of Our Father; Micah 4:5
“Though the nations around us follow their idols, we will follow the Lord our God forever and ever.” Micah 4:5 NLT In a world where doing what’s right seems old fashioned & closed minded, the odds always seem stacked against us. But remember that if darkness is multiplied by darkness, it will never produce light! On the other hand, light, no matter how little, will always dispel darkness. And when it’s placed on on a candlestick, it shines even brighter. This is a word of encouragement to someone out there - stand for the truth, even if you’re in the minority.

The Same Measure; Luke 6:38
As Christians, I have seen first and heard firsthand how when we seek our Father's face for things, we go days with fasting, prayers, meditations, and every spiritual exercise, and as soon as our testimony is birthed, we give God a miserly thank you. Don’t worry; this isn’t a place of judgment but a place for us to learn from each other and do better. To help us do better, I was reminded of this scripture: Luke 6:38. I’d be reading it in NLT, TPT, and the MSG translation. Although there are a lot of lessons to learn from this passage, I want to focus today on the part that talks about when you give; more will be given back to you. I know that you might not have been a cheerful giver when it comes to giving God thanks for all he had done, just as seeking him when you wanted him to do it. Today, I would like to ask and also beg you to take a few moments and just thank God for the next 7, 21, 30, and 45 days. The number of days is left to you, and far you can go. All I want you to do is give him thanks generously for all he has done. I want you to thank him with the same measure you asked for that blessing and more. Thank you again for listening in; see you tomorrow!

The One Thing Within Your Control
Matthew 25:29 New King James Version (NKJV) 'For to everyone who has, more will be given, and he will have abundance; but from him who does not have, even what he has will be taken away. Today, dig deeper, and ask yourself; what is the one thing within your control? I hope that when you listen in you are inspired to focus on that one thing and start.
