    Manifesting is the act of bringing the thoughts of what you want in your life, into reality. These actions can be broken down into steps of manifestation. Awareness of one’s thoughts, beliefs and feelings. Understanding that we are in control of these aspects and that in combination they create our identity. Our identity creates a vibration, or frequency, depending on whether these thoughts, feelings and beliefs are positive or negative. This vibrational energy or frequency then creates or attracts more of what is being emitted. All three of these steps are influenced by the things we do and the people we surround ourselves with. All energies are transferable and so it is important to note that we are in control of our identity. The more that we allow ourselves to increase positivity in these aspects, the more we will attract that which we truly want.     Discipline & Commitment to Growth

    We all have goals, in various areas of our lives. We may even already have a plan to achieve those goals. But sticking to the plan isn't always as easy. No one is immune to falling off the wagon. So how do we then actually achieve our goals you may ask? By sticking to the process. 1. Complete clarity on what the goals are 2. Clear intention (or even a plan) 3. Being flexible and accepting the flow So... when we do shift out of routine productivity, it's easy for us to refer back to the process. Keep those goals in mind and follow the flow that leads you to them. Remember, things don't always have to fit the same mold in order to achieve the goals. There are hundreds of paths that lead to the same destination.

    Cold Showers, Discomfort & Growth

    Have you ever had a cold shower? I mean a really cold shower. Were you able to withstand it? How long did it last? Did you scream and shout from the discomfort? What is it that you really want in your life? Most of us are looking for something in our lives but often times, it will take more than what we’re used to doing, in order to attain it. The reason we bring up this topic of cold showers is because it's a perfect metaphor for the discomfort we will often feel in life when we are trying to attain something new or different, whether internal or external, it doesn’t matter. There will always be a level of discomfort.  At the end of the day, if you really want something, you get to decide: are you willing to persevere through the discomfort for what you want or do you want to stay in your comfort zone?     Vision

    Imagine yourself at 90 years old, reflecting on your life. What experiences do you want to cherish, and what achievements do you hope to have under your belt? This is how we analyze our vision. Once we gain clarity on our vision, we can work backward to create goals that will lead us toward this beautiful vision. These goals can then be broken down into yearly, monthly, weekly, and daily objectives. However, achieving this clarity doesn't always come easily. There are numerous factors and challenges to consider, such as managing distractions and overwhelm, getting organized, and allowing room for self-love and compassion when we can't complete all the tasks we set out to do. So, ask yourself: "Are you where you want to be in your life?" or do you envision a different path and destination? If the answer is yes to the latter, then it's time to get cracka lacking! Let's dive into it!

    Flow

    Are you working so hard that you just feel like you’re struggling? Maybe it’s time for you to start looking for ease and jumping into flow. Choosing ease does not mean you won’t be doing any work. It simply means that you would be doing the work that comes with ease.  We’ve become so accustomed to “working hard” that frankly speaking, it’s pretty difficult for us to choose the option of ease. But if we can just take some time out to stop ignoring what our little voice inside is telling us, we might find true joy, peace, contentment and success.   Acceptance is also a huge part of ease, as it allows us to let go of trying to control everything in our lives. When we don’t choose acceptance we end up suffering, since the root cause of this comes from not wanting what's happening, to happen.  Let’s dissect this topic and gain some clarity so that we can start to move forward in our lives with less suffering, less struggle and more blissful productivity!

    Happily Stuck in Bangkok

    A real life story that could legit be a movie! This story involves life lessons that can be applied to all areas of our lives. From learning that things don't have to and shouldn't always be a struggle but rather learning to follow the ease and flow of life. Next is understanding that in order to get others to trust us more easily, that is what we need to put out into the world. Trusting others and they will trust us. One of the most importance lessons in this journey is that of acceptance. As much as we would like to take control of a situation and have it the way we want, sometimes it just is not in our hands. Enjoy this journey of travel, trust, positive mindset and flow as we step into Rezia's crazy adventure of how she got to Thailand, got stuck in Bangkok and still managed to get home in time to be with her kids before her parents left to go back home to South Africa!

    We all get to that point in our lives when we’ve just had enough. Enough of certain people. Enough of ourselves not following through. Enough of things not being the way we want it to be. Just, enough of everything. This is the breaking point. Where we realise that something is just not right in our lives. Where we start to think differently about everything. We start to shift towards how we can take control of how we feel and think about things going on in our lives and around us. This is the first step in self-awareness. In actual fact, this is the golden key to change. To create the life we dream of. Join us as we discover the roots of this fascinating world and learn to water them with the droplets of self-awareness so that we can grow into the strength we were meant to be.

    Oppression? Humanity? Palestine? Freedom?

    There is always a positive and negative aspect, isn't there? However, the challenge arises when we lack exposure to all facets of the truth. In the realm of international conflicts, such as war and crimes occurring in distant parts of the world, our understanding is often limited to what the media presents. Unless we are fortunate enough to establish direct communication with individuals in those specific regions, our perception remains incomplete. The situation in Palestine may not be as intricate as some choose to believe. The undeniable reality is that innocent lives are being lost on both sides, transcending differences in religion and age, with a significant impact on children and the elderly. In the face of such complexity, what role do we play, and how can we, as a collective, contribute? The answer lies within ourselves. It calls for action in becoming better individuals towards everyone. Beyond personal growth, a crucial step involves reflection and prayer. The situation, while seemingly overwhelming, can be approached with a sense of unity and shared humanity. Praying for the exposure of truth on all sides, the removal of ignorance's veil, the delivery of justice where needed, and the alleviation of prolonged suffering becomes a powerful collective action. For those who may not have engaged in prayer before, now is an opportune time to begin. HUMANITY IN UNITY!

    Feel'n the funk

    Sometimes we feel on top of the world and other times we just feel like the world is crushing us. Do not panic… it's completely normal to feel a bit “off”. But there are definitely things we can do to help ourselves get out of these “funky” zones.  One thing to understand and recognize is that we are in essence a sphere of energy which vibrates at different levels. Higher levels lead us to feeling lighter and having that “on top of the world” vibe. Lower levels leave us feeling heavy and overwhelmed. Taking responsibility for our own frequencies by becoming aware and taking action to improve our condition can most certainly help us get out of the rut. But the opposite is true in understanding that sometimes others can influence our energetic level, IF we allow them to. The source of our strength and capacity to deal with the norms of our everyday lives does not merely come from our physical routine and time management! When we start to become aware of what the source is, we realize how fundamental it is to tap into it on a daily basis, if not multiple times a day. It is absolutely crucial to recognize the importance of making space for our inner selves to reconnect with the source of the strength, capacity, and guidance which we require to overcome and crush the overwhelms of our daily lives.     Mirror Talk

    Does it sound crazy to admit that I talk to myself? Well, guess what? We all do it. ALL THE TIME. Some of us do it aloud AND inside our heads, but the rest of us do it too, whether we realize it or not. So here's the thing... are you even aware of the things you say to yourself? Most of us say things that we wouldn't even say to others, unknowingly breaking ourselves down. So let's flip this narrative into something that actually serves us. Let's intentionally become our own biggest cheerleader by speaking positive power into our lives. The self-approval mirror exercise is one of the simplest and most powerful self-esteem and self-confidence building exercises in the world. Its purpose is to replace the normal negative self-talk that dominates our thoughts with positive, self-affirming self talk. It is an exercise that should be performed every night for a minimum of 40 days. Simple Steps 1. Greet and say your name while looking at yourself in the mirror. 2. Appreciate yourself for: Achievements,Disciplines kept,Temptations you avoided. 3. Say, “I love you,” to yourself. 4. Take it in (receive it) and breathe.
