Unshakable Shepherds unpacks James 3 - Power of the Tongue

Brothers, welcome back to the Unshakable Shepherds Podcast. We are not here just to add to the crowded podcast market … we are here for truth. We are living in a time when everything that can be shaken is being shaken—but the Word of God remains unshaken. And the call on our lives as shepherds, as men of God, has not changed. We have been in the Book of James the past two weeks. Now James 3 turns the spotlight somewhere even more dangerous… Not trials. Not works. But the tongue. Because before faith is seen in your hands… it is revealed in your words. And brothers—this is where many shepherds either build or burn everything God has entrusted to them. So don't take this lightly. Let the Lord examine your heart. Let Him purify your words. And then step back into your calling with clarity, courage, and conviction.

Are you living a double life? James 2 Breaks it down

Are you living a double life? It's time to confront the hypocrisy that turns people away from faith. Tag someone who needs to hear this! In our latest episode of Unshakeable Shepherds, we dive into the powerful message from James 2. It's about more than just words — it's about how we live our faith every single day. Are we just hearers of the Word, or do our actions reflect a genuine transformation? When our lives don't align with our beliefs, we risk becoming a stumbling block for others. Let's talk about the heart change that needs to happen. It's not about being perfect; it's about being real. Are you growing in love, joy, and peace?

Unshakable Shepherds - James 1 - Standing strong in trials

We are not living in ordinary days. And God is not calling ordinary shepherds. In this episode of Unshakable Shepherds, we step into the opening words of James 1—a passage that doesn't comfort the flesh… but awakens the spirit. “Consider it pure joy… whenever you face trials of many kinds.” Let that settle. Not avoid them. Not endure them. But consider it joy. Why? Because God is doing something deeper than relief—He is forming endurance, strengthening faith, and producing a steadfastness that cannot be shaken. This is a word for shepherds, leaders, and believers who feel the weight of the moment… When culture is pressing in. When truth is resisted. When the cost of standing firm feels real. James doesn't call us to shrink back—he calls us to stand up. In this episode, we unpack: Why trials are not interruptions, but instruments in God's hands How endurance is forged, not gifted The danger of double-minded leadership in uncertain times And what it means to shepherd with bold, unshakable faith when everything around you is shaking This is not a call to comfort. This is a call to conviction. Because the world doesn't need more passive voices… It needs shepherds who are Unshakabl

When the Same Truth gets two Different Reactions

When the Same Truth Gets Two Different Reactions What happens when the same truth produces completely different responses? In this episode of Unshakable Shepherds, we step into Acts of the Apostles and explore a powerful contrast in the life of Paul...Acts 17 and Acts 21. In Athens, Paul is invited into the public square. The people are curious. They lean in. They want to hear more. In Jerusalem, that same message sparks outrage. A mob forms. And Paul must be rescued to survive. Same man. Same truth. Two completely different reactions. Why? Because the difference was never the message—it was the condition of the hearts receiving it. Building on last week's foundation in Second Epistle to Timothy, this episode unpacks Paul's charge to Timothy, and to us, to not just follow his teaching, but his endurance, his suffering, and his unwavering faithfulness. This is a timely word for pastors and leaders navigating a culture that can shift from curiosity to hostility overnight. If you've ever felt the pressure to soften truth… If you've wondered why standing firm is costing more… If you're in a season that feels more like Jerusalem than Athens… This episode will remind you: We are not called to be accepted, we are called to be faithful. Whether you're standing in the marketplace or facing opposition, the call remains the same: Preach the Word. Stand firm. Be unshakable.

    Preach the Word

What happens when the church goes silent? Culture gets louder! Darkness advances! Truth gets redefined! A silent pulpit doesn't protect people, it exposes them. Join Michael Morisi and Shane Bost as we discuss how we never want it to be said of us that we were silent when truth was needed most.

Shepherds are Facing a Crisis in the Church

THE CRISIS OF SHEPHERDSHIP Let me say this plainly… We don't have a leadership crisis in the Church. We have a shepherding crisis. Because leadership builds platforms…But shepherding carries people. In Ezekiel 34, God rebukes the shepherds of Israel: “Woe to the shepherds… who only take care of themselves!” That's strong language. Why? Because they fed themselves…But not the flock. They led for influence…But not for responsibility. And if we're honest—That same spirit is creeping into the modern Church. We've replaced: conviction with comfort truth with tolerance calling with career And God is saying again—“Where are the shepherds who will actually care for My sheep?”

    Defining an Unshakable Shepherd

Welcome to Unshakable Shepherds. This podcast is for pastors, ministry leaders, and spiritual fathers who refuse to bow to the spirit of the age. Today we're in Malachi 2 — a warning passage to priests who failed in their calling. Verse 7 says: “For the lips of a priest should keep knowledge, and people should seek the law from his mouth; for he is the messenger of the Lord of hosts.” That is the role of the shepherd. Messenger.Guardian.Guide.

    Truth in Crisis

**Caption:** Are pastors and leaders afraid to stand for truth *because* the culture is loud—and the silence is hurting the church? Drop a if you feel the weight of this. The steady decline of moral clarity in the public square isn't accidental—it's a result of weak pulpits retreating from boldness. When truth stumbles in the streets, God looks for intercessors, and too often, the shepherds stay silent. But silence feeds deception and demoralizes the flock. We are called to be the voices of truth—unshakable in love, courageous in conviction. What would happen if pastors boldly preached the full Gospel, even when it's offensive? Imagine the impact on hearts and nations. We are the custodians of truth, and our courage or cowardice directly affects the culture. Are you willing to stand firm, regardless of the cost? The world needs truth—and it begins in the pulpit and in your home. Jesus is the good shepherd, and we follow Him—not culture, not fear. **What's your biggest challenge in speaking truth today? Unshakable Shepherds - When Shepherds lose the Fear of God

Welcome to Unshakable Shepherds. This podcast is for pastors, ministry leaders, and spiritual fathers who refuse to bow to the spirit of the age. Today we're talking about something that has nearly vanished from much of the modern church — and yet without it, nothing else stands. The Fear of God. Not fear of culture. Not fear of criticism. Not fear of losing attendance. But holy, trembling reverence before Almighty God.

    Premier of Unshakable Shepherds

We are watching moral foundations crack. Truth is being redefined.Biblical authority is being challenged.Cultural pressure is intensifying.Government intrusion into conscience is increasing.Confusion about identity, marriage, life, and truth is spreading — even inside churches. And many shepherds are exhausted. Some are discouraged. Some feel isolated. Some are under attack. Some are navigating political tension they never expected to carry. Some are quietly wondering how much longer they can stand. But here is what I know. God did not call you to pastor in an easy hour. He called you to pastor in this hour. Acts 20:28 says: “Pay careful attention to yourselves and to all the flock, in which the Holy Spirit has made you overseers.” The Holy Spirit made you a shepherd — not the culture. Not a denomination. Not a platform. And certainly not public approval. And what the Holy Spirit appoints, He sustains.
