    If you've ever struggled with your weight loss this is the episode for you. I invited my dear friend Dr. Karen Mann to speak to us about her weight loss journey and why she went from being an obstetrician/gynecologist for 15 years to now coaching people in the health and wellness space. She's cared for thousands of women throughout her time as an OBGYN. Over the course of her career, the number of patients she witnessed who struggled with their weight and metabolic health led her to get boarded in obesity medicine and become a Menopause Society Certified Practioner.  She has additional training in traditional and functional nutrition, trauma-informed care, and mindfulness. Her path led her to become a life coach so that she can more effectively help women with the challenges that can lead to chronic health conditions.
