What does Gen Z expect from their Employers and how can we build a Strong Team that Stays?

Company Culture - what is it and who cares about it? EVERYONE cares about it! Better Up explains Company Culture this way- Company culture is the shared values, attitudes, behaviors, and standards that make up a work environment. It is about the experience people have at work and how that experience aligns with the external brand and messaging of the company. Culture is what creates the day-to-day experience at a company. It is the base that we build on to have a team that carries out the mission of the company. It is imperative that we as leaders understand and embody that culture, so our employees will do the same. I included the Gen Z conversation here, because they are the current and upcoming generation of workers and it is so important that we understand their mindset. We need to see their point of view so we can make our company values relatable. Thanks to Darby Hutchinson for joining me on this episode. And as always, thanks so much to Chris Hutchinson for editing this and all of my podcasts. Couldn't do this without him. Thanks to Kitcaster for sponsoring this podcast.
