"You know its ok, right?"
by Kendreka Griffin
"Why am I here?" was A question I constantly used to ask myself. I aspired to be so many things, without knowing why I desired to be those things. I used to think that what I needed was somehow "out there", when the whole time, it was all "in here": in my mind. What I needed the most was always within me. At that moment, I learned to know that it was ok that I was not aware of it then, because I was being fully present in the NOW. I learned that it was ok to just BE. Knowing that its ok reminds you that grace never leaves you, so give it to yourself first. You will learn how to love yourself more than you ever have by learning that you are in control of how you FEEL. You no longer have to be afraid to feel. You will learn to be connected to your inner self and embrace your journey.Learning is the true power. So, as you are here, know that its ok. You will know NOW. You will receive the knowledge you have been longing for and mo

Life is a "One-way" ticket to faith
Some moments in life can feel like you have no idea where you are going to go, you don't know how it will turn out, and no idea how you are supposed to begin. That is why they call it the "Great Unknown". For most of my life, I did not know how things would work out, I just had to learn how to trust myself more than anything. I was learning how to know that I was, and still am, the co-creator of my life. I learned to trust God and walk through those doors. It was a one-way ticket, I was the passenger, and God was the pilot. There's a song called, "The big unknown", by Sade, I highly recommend you take a listen. It talks about rising in the midst of darkness and uncertainty and believing that a small seed of faith will grow. I hope the same for you. "MY WHY"
Starting this podcast has been years in the "making", years in the "building", and years in the "breaking". Experiences have been my biggest teachers that I once feared I could never face, and I did anyway. I am choosing to be my most authentic self in hopes to inspire. Being the light, most times. requires you to go through alot of darkness. In those times, you will have to go alone. I trust that my experiences in the dark has given me a bravery that I've never known, and that I am so grateful for at this moment in my life. To all creators, know that its ok to be BRAVE. Perfection is so boring. Walk into being who you are destined to be through knowing who you are NOW, not who you WERE.Thank you for listening.

Your truth is nothing to fear, it is something to face."
"Your truth is nothing to fear, it is something to face" came from a day when I was reflecting on all I've allowed myself to learn up until the present moment. I realized that even though I've had experiences in my life where confusion used to reside, peace, by a new experience, helped me to go on in gratitude for the experience. Most of all, out of everything, you learn more about your inner self. You learn how to go within yourself and focus on The God within you. I look forward to growing this community of freedom, elevation, and one-ness. Thank you for listening
