Avec un passé d'artiste introvertie et anxieuse, le yoga est devenu bien plus qu'une simple pratique pour moi : mais le pilier essentiel dans ma quête de liberté et de bonheur.


Dans cet épisode, je t'invite à découvrir mon intention de créer un espace pour t'aider à t'aimer complètement.

L'enseignement du yoga m'a donné envie d'aider mes élèves à comprendre comment le yoga peut devenir un outil puissant dans ce cheminement et vivre une vie dans l'amour. Ses enseignements millenaires nous donnent toutes les clés pour embrasser notre vulnérabilité, approfondir la relation au souffle et au corps.
