Welcome to The Heartward Project's podcast! I started The Heartward Project a few years ago as a movement to encourage others to go in the direction of their heart. I wanted to see more people taking action on chasing after whatever it is that their heart desires! But what happens when life makes you feel burnt out and completely overwhelmed? That's where I'm at, too. I created this podcast to find a community that can join together in encouraging others to keep going.
