Calories are an equalizer among foods. Calorie tracking allows so much flexibility in what you’re eating, because as long as you stay within your calorie goal, you will lose weight. Clients are always surprised they can still enjoy their favorite foods, deserts, and drinks in our program, and we encourage it because it makes their weight loss so much more sustainable. Hi!
