Monthly Topic: COMFORT ZONES Did you know that you have BIG and small COMFORT ZONES? Think about how in some areas you are super confident, and in others .... not so much. Some of us are super adventurous eaters, while others always order the same foods. The picky eater may be an excellent public speaker, while the adventurous eater would rather die that stand up in front of a crowd!
