009: Giora Orman - The philosophy of self defence, and overcomplication (Part one)

from Fighter Mindset Podcast · host Dag Terje Helle

In today`s episode, I am joined by Giora Orman, a martial arts explorer and teacher from Israel. He is a teacher in Wu Wei Gung Fu, and his approach to martial arts training is realistic and philosophical. I was fascinated by his way of teaching after I saw him in Netflix` series called "Fight World" back in 2018. Since I reached out to him, we have had very profound talks about martial arts and also life. You can find more out about Giora Orman on https://www.kungfutrainer.co.il/giora-orman/ and also on facebook. He also puts out some training videos on his youtube channel: https://www.youtube.com/channel/UCZfeVe-d2p0m7xCKrWgAShg This is the first part of our interview.
