After we have been hurt our instinct may want to hurt someone back. We have it sit and make the decision of if we are going to quickly forgive and move on or make them wait even if it prolongs a fight. One of you ultimately has to choose to move forward even if it isn't easy. So, we break the emotions down of how that feels and what it looks like to work through it.
