009 - Tiffany Carole: Medicine Woman & Essential Oil Teacher

Today I welcome Tiffany Carole onto the podcast. Tiffany is teacher and medicine woman. She is Naturopathic and Chinese medicine practitioner, a licensed acupuncturist who deeply honours both eastern and western medicine together in her practice. She is a published author of Chinese and energetic medicine articles and has been practicing the art and science of energetic medicine professionally for over 17 years at her Seattle based clinic Synergy Wellness Centre. You’ll have heard me talk before about how I’m a highly sensitive and empathic person and if like me you resonate with these labels then you’ll also have had an intense time growing up on this planet. It’s pretty hard core growing up somewhere where those who don’t feel are rewarded and those who feel deeply are traumatised. I know I’ve spent much of my life feeling lost, confused and unsafe. What’s so transformative about Tiffany’s work and offerings is that she brings us the opportunity to fully support our nervous systems, our hearts, our overwhelm and gives us tools to help ground us deeply so we feel rooted and stable. This is the time for those of us who feel deeply to have tools so we can become our truest most authentic selves and share our gifts, our hearts and the incredible beauty inside our souls.
