009: Why Fear & Pressure Does Not Bring Out the Best in Others with Melissa Palazzo

  Melissa is a creative, high-energy, entrepreneurial Business and Marketing professional with over 20 years' experience in leading marketing, strategy, operations and talent for some of the most prestigious agencies and brands. For the past 13 years she has been the President of one of the most awarded creative agencies in Hollywood and is an Executive Member of Women in Film and YPO Hollywood. In today’s episode Melissa openly shares how she didn’t always get it right especially in her leadership. She thought creating a culture of fear and pressure was how you motivated others.
