Carly (she/her) is a Registered Therapeutic Counsellor with a Masters degree in Expressive Arts Therapy. In this episode we explore topics around embodiment, intuition and how expressive arts is an incredible tool for healing past traumas and moving through challenges in a way that is gentle and supportive of the nervous system. Carly shares her journey into expressive arts and how arts have impacted her through her life and contributed to her deep connection to her intuitive knowing, her sense of self and embodied self-worth.
