011. Interview with My Daughter

When I told my daughter I was beginning to add interviews as part of my podcast format, she asked if she could be on my podcast. Of course I said YES! I saw this as an incredible opportunity for her to come out of her shell a little (she's started her tween and middle-school years in a pandemic!) and grow her confidence in her voice and her value. It was also the most challenging interview I’ve ever done, which stretched me as an interviewer.  So, welcome to my first interview episode! You may be able to feel our discomfort and hear us stretching our comfort zones.
