Nachdem Conny und Dennis in dieser Folge die 10 größten Pasta-Mythen des Internets entzaubern und sie von Micha Quandt von Food & Glut ins Dry-Rub-Geheimnis eingeweiht werden, steht ihrem Besuch im Restaurant Cantzini nichts mehr im Wege. „Inhaber“ Guido Cantz stellt sich als echter Pro am Herd heraus und verrät sein Geheimnis, wie er es schafft um Mitternacht, trinkende und feiernde Leute, die schon das ein oder andere Getränk hatten, zu begeistern und zum Lachen zu bringen. Die Karnevalsbühnen der Republik sind nämlich die härtesten Prüfungen für einen Entertainer, die man sich vorstellen kann. Conny ist auch ein großer Karnevals-Fan, ihr Stinktier-Kostüm ist bis heute legendär. Rückschlüsse auf den Charakter des Kocholymps werden übrigens mit dem Bingen von 20 Folgen Horst Lichter Kochshows bestraft.
