Colby Pearson in this podcast shares his journey from being a high level football player in high school to achieving every little boy's dream of playing in the NFL. Colby and I talked about the importance of his mindset, preparation and consistent effort in being an elite athlete. Our conversation delves into the power of mindset and sports, the impact of confidence on performance and the challenge of imposter syndrome. Colby shares his experiences and insights hitting on the importance of living in the moment and enjoying the game. He also shares the transition from high school to college and from college to the NFL, as well as the significance of his parental support and understanding in a child's athletic journey. This is probably one of my favorite podcasts because of the hometown connection and it was really fun for me to learn and hear Colby's story. And so I hope that you guys enjoy it as much as I did.
