My identity is NOT "the pastor's wife". Being the pastor's wife is just the platform from which my identity shines. Your identity is NOT based on . . . your position your husband's position someone else's expectations your gifts, callings, and talents your appearance your roles in life what you do and how well you do it Your identity is based on who God is and who He created you to be. But to all who did receive Him, who believed in His name, He gave the right to become children of God. John 1:12 If anyone is in Christ, He is a new creation. The old has passed away; behold the new has come. 2 Corinthians 5:17 Your spiritual DNA, received when you become a child of God reveals your true identity!
