Dr. Laura Mach is a general dentist, a practice owner and a life coach for dentists. Through her coaching she helps women who own dental practices to get out of stress and overwhelm. She also speaks to dental groups about better leadership and communication. Dr. Laura's entry into dentistry was quite non-traditional. After being a dental assistant and a stay at home mom of two small children, Laura decided to take the plunge and prepare for application into dental school. She graduated as a 32 year old mother of three. She has now owned her practice for 15 years and has been a life coach for four. These combined skills along with her history of overcoming the challenges placed on women and her cultural upbringing flavor her engaging way of speaking and teaching other women in dentistry.
