016 COLLIN HENDERSON of Master Your Mindset

from Dad the Man

Collin Henderson is the founder and CEO of Master Your Mindset, an industry leader in the field of mental conditioning. He is a speaker and author of five books dealing with peak performance. Most notably, his recent books Quiet Mind and Quiet Mind for Kids just recently released. They are awesome and I'll drop a link to pick up a copy in the show notes. Collin earned his undergraduate and masters degrees from Washington State University, where he was a starting two-sport athlete, Pac-12 champion, captain, and Academic All-American. After a successful career in the sales world, he started his company Master Your Mindset in 2016 and has worked with some incredible companies like Nike, Zillow, Microsoft, Lululemon, the LA Dodgers, and many many more. One thing I really appreciate about Collin is his commitment to not just increasing the performance of himself and his clients, but I love his ability to utilize that skillset in his roll as a parent and help other parents do the same. Above it all, Collin is an incredible man, husband, and father, and I am so glad we had the opportunity to chat.
