Today, we’re talking about an assessment that I use with practically everyone. It’s been a great tool for all of my clients, team members, friends and loved ones to help me get to know them even better. The assessment is the Kolbe A and in this episode, I am sharing what exactly it is and how you can use it in your business and life. You’ll learn why I am an advocate for the Kolbe (seriously, I have gifted this to all of my clients and even my husband). I talk about what the Kolbe assesses and how this is helpful for better understanding yourself and your team members or clients!
