Willkommen bei Folge #01a des Podcasts "Inside Law"!  Entstanden ist dieser Podcast durch die Idee, ein zusätzliches und lockereres Lehrangebot im Bereich des (Sozial-)Rechts an der Fakultät "Soziales & Gesundheit" der Hochschule Kempten anzubieten. Seit dem Sommersemester 2022 werden nun Folgen von uns, Prof. Dr. Claus Loos und Tim Höflinger, produziert. Ursprünglich standen die Folgen ausschließlich im internen Netzwerk "Moodle" der Hochschule Kempten zur Verfügung, doch nun sind wir auch auf Spotify vertreten! Es lohnt sich bei unserem Podcast immer, auch einen Blick in die Shownotes zu werfen, da wir dort (zusätzlich) hilfreiche Inhalte hochladen oder verlinken. Vielleicht noch ein paar Worte zu uns: Claus Loos ist seit 2005 Professor an der Hochschule Kempten und hat nach eigener Aussage "den schönsten Job der Welt". Tim Höflinger ist Studierender der Sozialen Arbeit und arbeitet seit dem Frühjahr 2022 als studentische Hilfskraft bei der Fakultät SG. In unserer Freizeit sind wir beide bergbegeistert, weswegen wir uns auch im Allgäu pudelwohl fühlen! In der Folge #01a soll es grundsätzlich um die Technik der Subsumtion im Recht gehen. Wir hatten diese Folge bereits im Frühjahr 2022 aufgenommen, waren im Nachhinein allerdings nicht zufrieden mit dem Ergebnis, weswegen wir uns im Herbst 2022 dazu entschieden haben, die Folge erneut aufzunehmen.
