02: Healthy Anger, Self-love + The Complexities of Feeling Feelings with RCC Sarah Jeffrey (she/her)

from The Worthiness Lab · host Kyra White

Sarah Jeffrey (she/her) is a Registered Clinical Counsellor (RCC) in Squamish, BC who works primarily with growth-oriented humans in the realm of radical self-acceptance, confidence and connection to core values. She starts by sharing her story and path to becoming a RCC,  including her work as a wilderness therapist. We then transition into feeling feelings and (a few) of the reasons why that can be easier said than done. She outlines some steps and offers practical progression around developing a relationship with our feelings. We dive in to healthy anger, inner child work, building nervous system capacity, and she offers some resources for those unable to access counselling services but who want to start exploring these topics with more depth on their own.
