HOT TAKE! Whitetails can sense the moon?! Adam Hays has a unique take on the moon and it just may change how you think about the moon and deer hunting. Yes, we know, there have been a lot of studies done about whitetails and the moon and the results suggest that the moon has no effect on deer. With that being said, as we discussed the topic with Adam, it is hard to argue with the way he describes the moon and its relation to whitetails. I mean, he does have a wall of giant deer to prove what he is saying. Is the moon the main contributing factor to a whitetail's day time movements, no.
