#022 - Once Upon a Crime...

After seeing a news story about police waterboarding a civilian in the streets, Tucker and Todd decide to put their time machine to good use. When  their meddling only leads to more institutional violence, they decide to go back further and meddle with the violence at its roots. Little do they realize how deep the roots go.
