After being an insurance agent for a year and a half now, I've noticed a shift happening. When I first started out, this was a nice side hustle. The numbers played out exactly as everyone said: $3-4K a month part-time, $500 average commission, success rates of different leads, etc. But slowly something has been happening behind the scenes. Barry Clarkson, our CEO is famous for saying this business is caught, not taught. It has to go from your head to your heart. You'll amaze yourself at the shift that begins to take place in your life.
