In every moment of every day we get to remember that we are the creators of our lives, our worlds. The thoughts we think, the intentions we have and the visions we hold are what we focus on and therefore what we create. We can do this consciously and with awareness or we can let our subconscious programming and patterns rule. I choose to create with intention and so I offer you this guided visualisation so that this year you can create your hearts desires and fulfil your soul missions with active co-creation with the universe. Practice this meditation at least once per week so that you remember what your heart desires and let the universe support you in creating it.
