027: Stay Grounded During Coronavirus

I recorded this episode in my car with my handheld Zoom recorder. I wanted to get a message out to you to stay strong during this crazy "social distancing" pandemic time.  It's scary. It's uncertain. Yes. But it can also be a time of deeper soul searching. It can be a time where you do some things you have been putting off. How will you spend your time during this time? After Derrick died, my life was altered dramatically. All of the things I loved and thought made me "safe", went away.
