027 - The Class Comes First

One of our six core values at CrossFit Palm Beach, is the class comes first. While most core values at a lot of companies are generic words like honesty, integrity, or commitment, we've specifically tried to create core values that are more tangible, actionable, and help differentiate us from other businesses. The class comes first is a reminder for us to constantly reinvest our time, money, and energy into the class experience, since it makes up more than 80% of our business. We use this core value daily to address potential distractions, guide equipment purchases, make hiring decisions, and shape new product offerings.
