En este capítulo de ¿Qué te Pongo?, arrancamos en FITUR 2025, la feria internacional de turismo más importante del mundo, con un protagonismo especial de la ciudad que la acoge y que este año tiene muchos motivos para celebrar, y más aún, cuando la hostelería es uno de los motivos más importantes de celebración, que se encargaron de reflejarlo en el stand de Madrid, Mariano de Paco, consejero de Cultura, Turismo y Deporte de la CAM, José Antonio Aparicio, presidente de Hostelería Madrid, y Patricia Mota, directora de Desarrollo de Hostelería Madrid. Iniciamos una charla con Mara Verdasco, regente de la legendaria y centenaria taberna madrileña de "La Bola", Inés Gutiérrez, cofundadora de "Camden Coffee Roasters", una local de café de especialidad situado en Velilla de San Antonio, y con Santiago Torossi, joven emprendedor con ideas de crear su propia cafetería y alumno del HUB Origen de Hostelería Madrid. Por otro lado, realizamos una entrevista con el propio Mariano de Paco, consejero de Cultura, Turismo y Deporte de la CAM, que se acercó a los micrófonos de "¿Qué Te Pongo?" para hacernos balance de lo que ha supuesto este 2024 (turísticamente hablando), y qué esperan desde la administración, para el FITUR 2025.
